Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Revival Daydream. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Our Guarantee

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 15 days from the date the item was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email revivaldaydream@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Expect this payment to process within 10 business days. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at revivaldaydream@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please reach out to us at revivaldaydream@gmail.com and include an image of the defective/damaged product and a brief description to aid in our assessment of the damage. If no exchange of the same product is available, an exchange may be made for a product of equal value. 


Shipping

Depending on where you live, shipping may vary on returned items. Expect to receive your replaced item within 10-14 business days.

International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
